	Jim Lappan Founder & President Jim founded Lappan's in 1976 and manages the daily divisional operations throughout the seasons. Reach Jim at office@lappans.com
	Jim Lappan II Vice President Jim is the eldest son of Jim and Barb Lappan and has been working in the family business since he was old enough to sit on a tractor. Jim manages the parts department as well as equipment sales. Jim has owned his own home in the Gaylord area for nearly ten years. Tia and Jim were married on August 21, 2004. He shares his home with his wife Tiahia and their new baby girl Sophia Margaret Lappan. Other family members include miniature pinscher Mercedes and Dollar, a Boxer. Jim, like his dad, is dedicated to his profession but when not working enjoys his home and the thrill of summers on the roads of Northern Michigan with his Honda motorcycle. 	Barbara Lappan Garden Center Nursery Manager Barb is the wife of founder Jim and the mother of Jim2, Pat and Eric. She has enjoyed gardening and perennial garden design for many years. She is a master gardener and has attended many industry seminars through out the years to keep and maintain her skills with design and plant knowledge. Barb has taught special education since 1975 and has recently started a newly established position as autism specialist with COPESD. In a couple of years Barb will join the family business on a full time seasonal basis.
	Eric Lappan OPE Sales, Parts Sales & Advertising/Marketing Eric, the third and youngest son of Jim and Barb has worked in many capcities at Lappan's since he was old enough to pick up a shovel. Eric graduated with a degree in graphic design. Eric manages the landscape and irrigation design division. Eric is also responsible for our marketing and promotion of products and services offered at Lappan's, and also plays a major role in parts and outdoor power equipment sales. Eric lives in MIchaywe' & shares his life with Jamy and his daughters Scout and Reese. Reach Eric at design@lappans.com
	Dave Cox Service Manager / Technician Dave joined Lappan's in the spring of 2002 and he served as the primary pick-up and delivery driver. In early fall of the same year, Dave accepted a new position as a service technician. Dave's honest dedication to his job and vast knowledge of mechanics has been a real plus for the Lappan's team. We are pleased to have Dave as the Manager of the Service Division. Dave lives in Lewiston with his children and enjoys hunting, boating and fishing.
	Bruce Peters Service Technician Bruce began his career with Lappan's in April of 2005, but has almost ten years of experience in the field. Bruce's willingness to work hard and his past service experience will be an asset. When not working bruce enjoys camping, riding his snowmobile and working in the garden. Lappan's looks forward to keeping Bruce on staff for a long time to come.
	Dan Dobson Service Technician Dan started at Lappan's in June of 2006 working as a technician in the service division. We hope to see Dan grow into this position and become a permenant fixture in the service area.
	Tim Peshick Pickup & Delivery Tim joined the Lappan's team in March of 2005, he will be responsible for all of the deliveries for the Service Center and Garden Center/Nursery. Tim is a proud 20 year veteran of the US Army where he served as a Platoon Sergeant and a Recruiting Station Commander. Tim resides in Frederic, MI. Lappan's is prod to have him as part of our service team.
